Court disputes

The assistance of a specialist in connection with a claim lodged by a Customer or by a person acting against the Customer is very often decisive for how the Customer's interests are affected by the dispute to which he is a party.

Our Law Firm, which in its everyday business can assess the value of this simple truth and utilises its full knowledge and experience, provides legal services consisting in representing the Customers' interests and providing them with assistance in all sorts of court disputes conducted on the basis of civil or administrative law, including:

  • Disputes arising in connection with contracts concluded by the Customer, in which the Customer is the party demanding the performance of periodic obligations from his business partner (e.g. payment),
  • Claims made against the Customer by third parties, in particular in situations where a claim is excessive or unjustified or where the Customer's interest must be protected against claims; our Law Firm subsequently represents the Customer in the dispute,
  • Claims and disputes concerning labour law,
  • Claims and disputes concerning tax and customs obligations,
  • Claims and disputes concerning the issuance or guaranteeing of bills,
  • Claims and disputes concerning medical damages suffered by a Customer,
  • Disputes concerning the commencement of enforcement proceedings against a Customer with the infringement of valid legal regulations,
  • All claims and disputes concerning the legitimate and duly documented rights of a Customer.

Depending on the will of a Customer, the Law Firm may provide professional assistance at the stage preceding the court dispute, in correspondence with the other party, or represent the interests of the Customer in full at this early stage.

Having this in mind, the Law Firm provides legal services starting from a legal assessment of whether a given claim, lodged by the Customer or against the Customer, may be the subject of successful proceedings/enforcement. Depending on the Customer's expectations, this analysis may be limited to an evaluation of documents that are at the Customer's disposal, or be connected with the execution of independent assessment of the legal facts of a case based on available sources.

At the same time, the Law Firm provides legal assistance by acting on behalf of a Customer through its legal counsellors at each stage of the dispute, up to and including representation of the Customer's interests before enforcement bodies in order to ensure payment of sums awarded to the Customer following the successful conclusion of proceedings.

The Law Firm has a separate team of experienced lawyers who specialise in court disputes and effecting the determinations and analyses connected therewith. At the same time, in matters requiring specialist detailed knowledge of other fields of law or finance, they receive support from the Law Firm's lawyers who are experts in these areas
